Ross + Rachel: Marietta's Favorite Comedy Show
Ross + Rachel: Marietta's Favorite Comedy Show
Hailing from the legendary comedy stages of Chicago and Los Angeles, Ross Kimball and Rachel LaForce bring a masterclass in long-form improvisation to The Alley Stage. Having cut their teeth at iO Chicago and The Second City, this powerhouse duo combines world-class technical skill with the kind of unpredictable, high-energy chemistry that only comes from years of shared history in the trenches of the national comedy scene.
Ross Kimball is a newly Atlanta-based actor, writer, and comedian best known for his breakout role as Ross Kubiak on the four-time Emmy-nominated series Jury Duty on Amazon. A veteran of the Chicago comedy scene, his extensive screen credits include Christopher Guest’s Mascots, Queenpins, and the feature film Masterminds, and television appearances on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Superstore, and Chicago Med. Beyond his acting work, Ross is the creator of the communication skills brand Show Up Better.
Rachel LaForce is a Marietta native returning to her hometown roots as a nationally recognized comedian, actor, and storyteller. She spent over four years touring the globe with The Second City Touring Company and performed on the prestigious iO Chicago Harold team Villain. Now based back in Atlanta, Rachel is the co-founder of Skewed Orbit Studios and host of the popular podcast Healing is Hilarious. Her screen credits span major networks and streamers, such as HBO, Hulu, TruTV, and IFC. She’s also a TEDx Speaker, a recurring panelist on CNN andthe creator of the viral series Unsolicited Advice, which has garnered millions of views across social platforms.
Together, Kimball and LaForce deliver a rare opportunity to see two of Atlanta’s most accomplished comedic exports share the stage for an evening of entirely unscripted, high-stakes comedy.
